Please Pray

Edited to add: Missy now has a caringbridge site. I know that she and her family would welcome your encouragement and prayers. Missy's Site

There are times in this life when there is nothing you can do but pray for someone. Our friend Ryan (also known as Super Ryan) was first diagnosed with neuroblastoma in 2004. He had some time off treatment and then relapsed. His mom, Missy was diagnosed with breast cancer not long after he relapsed. Missy battled and Ryan battled on. Ryan continues to battle his relapse and Missy has just learned that her cancer has returned. She has gone home on hospice... Please pray for this family... pray for their three children... for Les, dad and husband... Please just pray for them. SuperRyan

Thanks for passing this along. I'd lost the link to their site ages ago. I will be keeping this family in my prayers.

I live in the same town as the Morgans and have know their family for years. They are a wonderful family and no one should have to endure what they have gone through. It is through their webiste that I have grown attached to your family for the last several years. Your stories remind me how presious life is. You all are heroes to me.

Arrrgggh! Wow. I have few words other than utterances of disbelief. It's unreal that one family should have to go through such horror. Thanks for letting us know about them. I will definitely pray for...the peace that passes understanding. The peace that is ridiculous because it makes no sense at such a time. The peace that only comes from God.

The Morgans live in the same town as me and I have been praying for them quite some time. I saw them at Relay for Life, but of course she doesn't know who I am (I have never met them and formally introduced myself), but that is the great thing about prayer. You don't even need to know their name, just ask our Heavenly Father for his blessings and it will happen. I do continue to remember your family as well.
